Public audit paths
The Reporting Specification defines the six visible fields and preservation obligations. P3 v2.0 contains verdict logic; its Supplement documents provenance, the run ledger and four source-bound case audits.
Record rule: Later evidence or a changed claim creates a new run; it does not retrospectively rewrite an earlier time-indexed record.
